gliches/goofs in animated films

Normally a animated film is not usually perfect persay, there's usually a goof/glitch in them. Which sometimes its fun to point them out...So has there been anything that you noticed in animated films that were not right?

I was watching The Simpsons Movie not too long ago, and I finally noticed the glitch in the motel room scene where Maggie's eyes snap halfway down her face for a few frames. (It's in the wide shot after Marge says "I just don't see it" if you want to look for it.)

Only one comes immediately to mind, from Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. Near the end, when Batman confronts Andrea at the world's fair and explains what he knows, he says (paraphrasing) "You came into town early to get Chuckie Sol, so you could shift the blame to your father if you had to." It's an over-the-shoulder shot and you can clearly seen Batman's jaw stop moving long before he finishes saying the line.

In The Chipmunk Adventure, during the "The Girls and Boys of Rock and Roll" song, when the Chipmunks are marching up the stairs towards the Chipettes, Simon is on the far left and Theodore on the far right; when they reach the top Simon and Theodore have switched positions.

In a One Piece filler, there's two Zoro's standing in the room. One fighting in the room's middle and one standing with the crew by the door.

In The Little Mermaid, there is a sequence where Sebastian has a thimble stuck on one of his legs. Believe it or not, the thimble kept dissapearing and reappearing!

In the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? episode with the Chinese mask, there is a scene where the Mystery Machine is supposed to be going down the street BUT THE BACKGROUND STAYS PERFECTLY STILL when it is shown from the front.

In Toy Story 2 the toys are shown playing a game on a SNES, and aside from the game being unrealistic for the Super Nintendo, on several of the shots directed overhead or shots looking out the window, the unit is shown to be just that, just the unit, as in no game in the system, no controllers, no power cord, and no connection to the TV.

Another one that really is an animation mistake is when Buzz rides the Hot Wheels car down the track to check on Woody after he falls out of the dresser his arm actually passes through the loop in the track.

I noticed that scene before too, I have the movie and it's one of my favorite animated films of all-time! Even though it's not an animated film, X-Men: The Animated Series had a bunch of glitches that occured throughout the series. I noticed the yellow strap with the "X" on Cyclops' chest would shift from left to right at random times in multiple episodes and in one specific episode I remember Wolverine extracting his claws in epic fasion but then in the next scene he would not have them extracted and then he would leap or attack something/someone and they would be extracted again.

I might as well mention this because it will be. In the 1987 version of Ninja Turtles, you had constant coloring or voice mistakes. One turtle would have another's voice or color. In the 2nd episode, you had 3 of them with Raph's mask, although it could be alluding to the comics when the four all had red masks.

If you listen to the director's commentary on The Incredibles DVD, you'll hear a very funny anecdote about how hard it was to keep all the food items in the right places during the dinner scene. All of the dishes on the table shift constantly between shots.

In Pocahontas, right before Pokey and John Smith kiss for the first time, there's a cutaway reaction shot of Flit being grabbed by Meeko, and you'll notice he doesn't actually have any wings (the directors pointed this out on the laserdisc commentary that never came to DVD).

Isn't the thread asking about goofs in animated films, not TV episodes or direct-to-video titles?

Bambi:

1. A distant flock of crows fly up out of the woods once, then pop down lower and fly up all over again during a dissolve. This is likely because the required overlapping footage wasn't animated to cover the length of the dissolve and the lab thus had to repeat footage.

2. An opossum mother and her two babies, hanging upside down, greet Bambi. He turns his head upside down and we get his POV of them hanging "up", but the babies are now on the wrong side of the mother. The image was animated as flopped instead of rotated (and due to the direction the characters are looking, there is no way to correct it without reanimating).

3. When animals swim across a body of water to take refuge on an island during the forest fire, an animal (an opossum or raccoon, I think) pops into place out of nowhere (or pops out of existence, I forget). This was corrected on DVD.

In one of the Care Bears animated movies (The one that introduced the Care Bear Cousins IIRC), one of the cousins has his chest symbol early in the movie for a shot, before the scene where the cousins are given them.

Transformers: The Movie contains a few, like Decepticons who were trashed in the assault on Autobot City, and were chucked into space to become Cyclonus, Scourge and his Sweeps appearing at Starscream's coronation. There might be others, but that's the best I can remember for now.

In Toy Story, Woody uses a roll of Christmas Lights to sneak around Sid's house to get to Buz. he leaves the pile outside Sid's Sisters room. when they come out their gone. however, they re-appear a few seconds later.
