Hi David,
I cannot send you a message because I need at least 5 posts in this website. Are you still interested in taking offer my at&t wireless plan?

Thank you,

Winny

Transfer Procedure:
I have called at&t and they said that they need your full name, phone number, and email. And probably they will do a three way conference call.

Transfer Liability:
Authorization for transfer of service is valid for 60 days. Financial responsibility will remain with the original account owner until the transfer of service is complete. The account balance will NOT transfer to the new account owner. A credit evaluation is required for the receiving account holder. The receiving account holder must be 18 years of age. (Exceptions: Alabama resident receiving account holder must be 19 years of age and Puerto Rico resident receiving account holder must be 21 years of age.) The new account holder must accept an 11 month contract from the date the transfer takes place. Exception: For iPhone and GSM converted services, the current contract will be applied to the receiving account (if one exists).

An $18 Transfer of Service fee (per line) will be assessed to the receiving account holder. The Transfer of Service fee will be waived if the:

* Original account holder is deceased.
* Customer is requesting a transfer of service to be eligible for combined billing and/or subscribing to a Unity plan or the receiving account is already enrolled in combined billing. Customer's wireless account must be enrolled in Combined Billing to be eligible for AT&T's Unity calling plans.

It may take 10-15 minutes for the transfer of service team to run the credit evaluation, build the new account, and complete the transfer. If the receiving account holder requires a Relocation, the Transfer of Service must be completed first.

Once the transfer of service is complete, the original account holder will receive a final (prorated) invoice. Any deposit will be released back to the open balance. The wireless number will now belong to the new account holder.
