my husband offered my daughters old clothes and gear to someone who works for him. i was planning on saving them since we have been talking about trying to have another child when my daughter turns 1. she is 9 months now. i think my husband is just assuming that we are going to have a boy. anyways this couple could use help, they both work min wage jobs and he is also in the national guard reserves, so i am going to part with some of the baby's outgrown things.
my question is... would you consider it stingy if i kept the clothes that i loved my daughter in? these are obviously the nicest of all the clothes, and most of these were bought for us by someone else. i am also considering saving some socks and onsies because i know there is a 50/50 chance we are going to end up buying this stuff all over again, and i am not expecting anyone to throw another babyshower for us when we do have our next child. what would you do? am i being ridiculous because we dont even have this child to save this stuff for?
