Anything would be cheaper, but that would make the money harder to launder. Does anyone, anyone at all, really believe it costs $60 a day to keep some one in a cell. Multiplied by 180,000 California inmates, any one can see where this might run into real money. Anybody but Ahhnoldt that is.
