Ok. I need to lose 41 pounds. I'm sure I can do it in less than 3 months. When I start exercising I see big changes within a short time. I was doing p90x but my moms bf moved in with us and I don't feel comfortable working out in the living room. I don't have enough money to join a gym. So I'm gonna just start in my room. I have 10 pound dumbbells and a 8 pound ball.
I just can't think of anything to do besides curls and squats and situps. My minds at a blank.
Could you please list some exercises and how many of them to do????
It's pretty icy out right now, with all the snowing and raining going on. So when it's not so icy I'm going to start running again.
