Girls plz advise me.... on this single to mingle topic!!!!?

Yesterday and many times also , i see b'ful and smart girls when i go to any public places like malls, theaters, park, even on roads etc. I get a very intense tendency to talk with any one of thm , or to make thm my frnd. Is it okk if i approach to a smart girl at public place saying "hi there, etc". or is there any better way to approach to a girl, and talk to her and offer a friendship.
Will it be welcomed, if yes how much.
I am asking ths for single girls who are smart too. I am 23, nd a okk looking guy from a metro city in India.

Plz help me girls. , I dont want to get slapped!!!!

Plz also tell me, how to say or what to say while approaching....

Maybe it goes different with people but for me, that's definitely a NO! You couldn't just do that, Mukul. It would not be good for you to just come approach someone and introduce yourself. There's this tendency that you would scare her out. Better if you find a girl that would attract you within your circle. That way, you can have the chance to talk or maybe some mutual friends can introduce you to each other. :))
