i really really like her because we have a lot in common
i do not know this girl but we have common interests
i know this because i read her profile info.
btw i attend an all boyz school !
 
ask her around where she lives and if she lives far away ask her what its like there and she'll know that your interested. Then she'll answer. ALso bring up topics that both of you are interested. She'll know that you read her profile and you actually pay attention to her and possible she may start liking you

Talking about school is BORING... guys need to figure out some other approach for once. Nobody LIKES studying. Even if you're a 4.6 student, you don't like studying! No school!
 
do you two like sports? ask her what she thought of X baseball, football or whatever game.

do you two like video games? talk to her about the latest Xbox game or Playstation game.

discuss about your likes find common ground, work from that. Sorry about you having to be in an all boys school
