Okay first time i had sex was at the start of the year, and it really hurt ! like more then anything and it bleed alot im not even sure if it went right in ? :S. And now im really scared to do it again because im scared it will hurt again. how do i make it not hurt as much ? people always say relax its easier said then done !
 
it do hurt in the first time but later it will become more comfortable & you will enjoy it later.
it is just your mental block that you are scared, you should do it with some one whom you really love.
try to indulge in lot of kissing & petting so that your are very excited & fully wet down there, so that you will not have much pain during the insertion. tell you BF to do it slowly & stop for a while when it pains.

First time always hurts & bleeding is normal. I had to wear a tampon for 2 days after I lost my virginity. You won't feel pleasure for awhile. Next time won't hurt as bad.
