Well depends on the budget, I'd go with a cute (knee length)bubble dress, very in right now and would look good if you are only 110 ibs. If you've got a lot of cash (but really who does?) go to a tailor and have it made specially for YOU! If you don't stick with department stores I saw the very bubble dress I was talking to you about at Kohl's, so I'd start there and then J.C. Penny.Do a round or square neckline (whatever looks best on you) and think shoulder straps, this in see through fabric, then just as it gets to the bust line (your only 17) it cuts to this very blue fabric (bringing out your eyes) and goes into an empire waist then has pleading and flares out towards the bottom. I really like this style and for a little bit of fun do a black shiney clutch with patterned tights -not in color (or bare legs and pair with a black peep tow slitetto heel. Do a fancy up do and make your jewelry white. Hope you have fun! Who's the lucky guy?
