Girls, how would you react to this situation?

So you go to your local car dealership to have your car worked on. There's this cute guy that works there and he smiles at you. You smile back, but are feeling a little shy and look down. He doesn't attempt to talk to you and you leave the dealership. Two months later, you return to the dealership to have your car worked on again. When it's time to leave, that same guy pulls your car around. He introduces himself and you tell him you've noticed him there before. He then says, yeah I've noticed you too but was too chicken to talk to you. You ask why and he says he didn't want to be too forward or make you feel uncomfortable. You nod your head and smile, he then says he would like to talk to you sometime and asks if this is cool. You smile and say sure. He doesn't ask for your phone number, but he gives you his and you part ways. Four days later, you haven't called him either because your too shy or don't think your interested enough. Then you receive a text message saying, "Hey it's Joe from the dealership. I hope I'm not crossing the line but I came across your number on file. I was just curious if you still want to talk sometime. If not just let me know. Have a good day."..............How would you react to this?
