Girls help! Is this weird?

I'm a guy, I'm 18, and I've never had a Girlfriend and have never kissed a girl. Do you think this is weird and would it be a turn off? I'm pretty self conscious about this and have always been wondering. Here's a pic of me if u wanna see (it isnt rly good) so here ya go!
