Girls health.why organism feel good but not amazing why?

This is kind of a personal girls health question....I'm 14 and Im a virgin. When I masterbate I get organism and they feel good but I expect it to be better. and when I get a organism I feel it but I don't see any of the "liquid" or anything.I really want it to feel better. People are saying how it feels AMAZING but to me it feels really good but not that good. I'm wondering why that is. And when I get older will my organisms be better durring sex ?
