Girlfriend reused green tea leaves the next day, feels sick, I hear they are potent?

So my girlfriend made green tea today with the same leaves the made it yesterday. I heard that the leaves become very potent if you reuse them again. She does feel sick, hurts to breathe and she has some pain. Is this related to this? The tea is called Cezana Green Tea
