my gf just got in a car accident while driving without a license (she has a learners permit). Her fucking stupid mom has been letting her drive by herself for months now and this was bound to happen. The accident was her fault, shes 17, and only has a learners permit. This is in New York. The accident wasnt very serious and nobody was hurt. Obviously she is totally fucked (i already know) but what kind of consequences will she be facing?
Also, say it wasnt her fault. would it make a difference?
