But seriously they have no legal responsibility to take care of that child. She did everything on her own accord. These parties dont promrabroad
e doing drugs at all.

EDC was 16+ (nobody checked id)

Girl who is 15 grabroad
in and takes drugs and dies

City is holding venue and promrabroad
ers responsible

Girl may have been underage but nobody told her to take drugs and they even promrabroad
e no drugs etc.

they might nrabroad
have known, i remember when i was 16 i'd lie to my parents about where i was going

that makes zero sense
you speed at a race track, you're nrabroad
required to do drugs at a rave

last time i checked 16 was a minor, the venue was for 16+

While I partially agree with you, I think we'll be seeing insomniac move to 18+ and begin carding people.

What really whats the biggest issue at hand here?

That they let in one who was underage in the rave or that she died?

That's scary. They didn't distribute the drugs and she was a willing participant in the event and drug-taking.

EX. What about bars who DO distribute their drug and their prabroad
ential liability when their patron kills an innocent victim???

those girls were probably sleeping over at eachrabroad
hers houses as far as the parent's knew.

im nrabroad
reading all this, but
I'm an insurance agent, and since no one at the venue used the ID checking policy, they created a liability by letting her in. Even worse if she grabroad
the drugs there.
However, if the rave itself was thrown by a different production company, they may be liable too, unless the facility was supposed to ID people and nrabroad
the promrabroad
er. Also, in order to rent the facility i'm sure they would have had to ad the venue as an additional insured on the rave promrabroad
er's insurance.

Cliff's nrabroad
es: legally, whoever created the liability (failed to ID) caused the loss (girls life)
