I started my baby on the gina ford routine from day one, but got a bit obsessed with timings etc, so came off of it... 5months later my baby is still on the breast every 1.5-2hrs day and night. I've gone back to the book and am finding the routine working for both baby and i really well (although still need to master the night times )

this week i have also bought the potty training/sleep/weaning and toddler book of Ginas
I stopped the routine after 2 weeks from birth and my baby has been feeding frequently since then... but until last week when i got the book back out, she hasn't been.. but hasn't been wanting too either.
