Getting Worried - Long lasting throat pain/swelling and recent armpit pain

Hi, hopefully someone can shed some light on this and maybe even put my mind at rest a bit.

For probably a couple of months now I've had a bit of pain on the right side of my throat and it feels as if it's slightly swollen or that something is stuck down there.

No problems breathing and not really getting food stuck down there but when I swallow it just doesn't feel
 
First off, with the throat ache/lump....have your thyroid checked. You may have a nodule that is pressing on a nerve (I have one...no cancerous at this point, but does cause some occassional aching, and difficulty swallowing pills).

Can't help you with the armpit pain/lumps. The lumps are probably swollen lymph nodes. I've been having issues with that lately as well (going to the chiropractor tomorrow to see if the pain is just a pinched nerve).
