When I longe Tango long and low at a trot or walk he's perfect, keeps his head low and is perfect.
Since we've been doing if for around three months now I want to start loping him on the longe line with him keeping his head low and engaging in the hind quarters.
It's not going to good... He fights in the bit the whole time and will lope for three strides max, then will just trot a 100 MPH. I'm tried smacking the whip on the ground. He just pins his ears and keeps trotting.
Any tips?
