Getting Straight A's In college?

I know this is a common question but hear me out.
In my highschool years I have never gotten straight A's
rather just mainly B's. I'm plannin on doin a major in Bio
in order to enter med school but I'm very worried about my
Gpa to come. So I would like to ask once more
how can I get straight A's in college?
