So you have probably heard this before but If you get those flesh bumps that have no head and no puss in them and are a pain in the bum to get rid of I've found something that works...well works for me I can't make any guarentee. So my cousin told me to use Selsum blue to wash my face to get rid of those bumps. The first time I tried it I was still really bad with cyists and pimples everywhere so I didn't really think it worked. Now that Im clear with spiro I just have the tiny bumps to deal with, they are mostly on my forehead. I decided to give it another try and wow it works. I use the regular daily use Sesum Blue shampoo on my face every day and the bumps are gone. I have no idea why it works and I don't know if other dandruff shampoos work as well but I thought I'd share Im very happy with it.
