Is there any way to remove some sort of felt-tip pen from a picture without damaging it? My brother was at his graduation all night party and was getting people to give pictures to, and he used something like a fine-tipped sharpie marker (only it's not a permanent marker), and was writing on the back, and they ended up smudging the picture below it.
These were professionally done photographs, so getting them reprinted from a negative or scanning them isn't an option.
