My boyfriend and I just moved to Florida, and Alltel is out cell phone provider. However Alltel does not service Florida so we are constantly roaming. He has nationwide so he won't be charged roaming fees, but I will be charged for roaming fees. Our contract will not end for several months. Is there any way to get Alltel to terminate our contract without an ETF?
