Getting new speakers in 2000 Jeep Cherokee?

Im a little lost. The front has a 3 or 4ish inch by 7 inch front. Its an old cassette tape player. I want to get a Sony-MEX-BT3800U-Receiver but it is 2"x7".

Is there an adapter i can get or anything i can do to make up for the space gap?
