I am planning to get married soon, but we aren't planning an actual wedding because we can't afford it. We've decided to just be married by a judge in toronto and were wondering how much it would cost us to do this? We aren't planning a ceremony, just to stand before the judge and have the judge marry us. Also, what locations offer judges to marry? Could we do it at City Hall?
