Getting into Navy OCS after getting discharged from Army?

I was recently discharged from the Army with EPTS Uncharacterized discharged. My Reenlistment code is RE-3 and my separation code is JFW. I am about to graduate with a BS from college. Can I become a Navy Officer with a waiver?

RE-3 - Individuals who are not qualified for continued Army service, but the disqualification is waiverable. Ineligible for enlistment unless a waiver is granted.

JFW - Erroneous enlistment; Medical condition disqualifying for military service, with no medical waiver approved.

In theory, you could get a waiver. However, there is healthy competition right now for most military positions, not to mention officer. To get in, you will need to go through a selection board, who will consider not only your suitability for Navy service in general, but your suitability for service in their respective community. Based on what you state, the likelihood of being selected seems slim.

Not to be a dick but your chances are zero. If you were prior enlisted you should know who high of standards they have for military officers.
