getting into grad school with a british/canadian education?

hi, i was wondering how difficult would it be for me to get into a tier 1 /ivey grad school, or law school based on my academic background.

university of glamorgan, uk ; First Class Honours (undergraduate)

seneca college, canada; Post Graduate Diploma (accounting) 3.65 CGPA out of 4

What should i be looking to score in LSAT? and GMAT?
