i know that this is posted in the kyocera/sanyo forums as well but i just got my second customer with a bricked zio so i'm getting desperate.
does anybody have a reset procedure for the zio other than the volume, home, track ball, end keys? i've tried multiple times but can't get past the fast boot screen using that method.
i can't believe that cricket/kyocera is handling this issue so badly. it seems like it doesn't phase them telling a customer that the only option they have is to buy a brand new phone.
