getting back into dance.?

stretch every morning and every night. take hot baths- that relaxes or expands ur muscles or somethin, but it helps. hold ur splits for a minute each day. u can do this 2 times everyday, just not one right after the other. make sure ur stretched before u hold ur splits tho.

so heres my delema.

i love to dance, i am trying out for a team in augest. i had to quit dancing in may because of knee surgery i am almost ready to go back but it seems i have lost all flexiblity! i used to have a 2in over split right left and center and now it seams as if i can barley do my splits. i am taking a two week team prep class 2hours 2x per week but do you have any tips or excercizes? im desperate
