Getting AT&T Samsung A777 downloaded ringtones to work?

I have created my own ring-tones from http://www.theunlocker.co.uk/ringtone_creator/. I have only got 2 of the 6 I created to work. Those happen to be 13-15 seconds long and 208K & 218K. The ones 20-30 seconds are over 300K. It is because the songs are too large or long for the phone to set as a tone? Is these any way to get these songs to work also?
