Getting a smarter phone...in the future. (your thoughts?)

Well, I'm going to be traveling a lot for business in the near future and by traveling, I mean overseas. This includes Costa Rica and England + France quite frequently.

Well, Verizon Wireless offers no phones that meet my needs that are basic devices...so i'm thinking of a smartphone or blackberry. I've listed a few in mind below, tell me your thoughts on what I should do.

Blackberry Storm (original)
Wait for Blackberry Storm 2
Samsung Renown (NOT A BLACKBERRY)
Blackberry Tour

Switch to AT&T and get the iPhone 3G


Help...your thoughts?
 
I would wait for the blackberry storm 2. I love the storm and I will probably get the storm 2 when I can. There's a tour in the house too, but I think I prefer the larger touch screen of the storm. But... if you really want a hard keyboard and take a liking to the trackball, get the tour.
