getting a new phone on Verizon - get Thunderbolt or wait for Droid Charge?

So, i'm eligible for an upgrade on Verizon and i'm switching from blackberry to android. I believed the rumors that Verizon wasn't offering LTE phones with unlimited data so i'd had my heart set on getting a Droid X, but the rumors proved false, so I was going to get a Thunderbolt until i heard about the Charge.

They seem to be email spec for spec, but the SuperAMOLED screen seems to be the winning factor. The pictures of the charge, make it look pretty ugly and I'll need to put my hands on it to see how thick it is. The droid x made up for being huge by being really thin.

Any opinions on all of this? (leaving VZW isn't an option, i actually prefer having a signal!)

Could you provide some justification or should i just follow your advice blindly? (excuse me mr. ford dealer, what brand of car would you recommend i buy?)

Is there some secret advantage to having a phone (based on research that i just did 5 seconds ago) that:
that has less ramcan't handle voice and data simultaneously (allegedly)has a dual core processor that android doesn't support (they say someday it will, but who knows when)doesn't have an external speaker (which i use regularly)will probably have ever worse battery life than what we all already deal with
some useful information would be great.

Then dont buy a droid bionic.
Imagine that, you can do your own research, how novel.
BTW, the phone has nothing to do with voice/data simultaneously, it's the network so all 4g phones can do it. But your research would prove that.

So i everything i read on the internet is fact, and seeks others opinions is useless? I really hope you that you're not an accurate representation of this forum. If so then I'm on the wrong site.
