I need to get sports physical for track. What happens at a physical? I am 13 years old and in 8th grade. I have hurt my back and my mom doesn't know. I think I could have a stress fracture in my lower back. Will the doctor notice something is wrong with it if she exams it? What questions does she ask me? Will I need shots? I haven't had a physical since 5th grade.
