Getting a fish tank stand safe?...?

I have a 30 gallon fish tank and we are trying to figure out where to put it in our new place. Right now it's up on the counter, and I would like to get a stand for it. Since it's a pretty good size tank, would it be safe around the baby. He is just now starting to pull himself up and low crawls everywhere.
*I am looking for answers based on experiences and not assumptions for this question please! Thanks!
