I have AT&T's phone insurance on my LG Shine that I got about a year and a half ago. I was wondering how I could claim it lost and get a different phone. My friend did this about two years ago and I was wondering how to do this. When I signed up for the insurance they asked what kind of phone I had so I know they have it recorded.
