Get the 700w or wait for next model?

I am planning on signing up with Verizon in the next 6 months since they're going to have the best coverage in my new city. But I'm torn over the 700w. There are things that I like about it (appealing physical design) and things that I don't (Windows Mobile issues, low screen res.)

Is there going to be a 700w successor coming out soon? What will be the improvements on it, if any? I really like the phone's design, but don't want to plunk down several hundred dollars on a phone that's going to be replaced in a few months.
 
Yes in the next couple of weeks there will be a minor upgrade called the 700wx, it will have more memory, wait until that one ships, should be any day if it hasn't already
