Get sick randomly but doctor's have no clue what it is

So about a decade in a half ago I had a diverticulitis (surgery in small intestine, where they cut off affected area and reattach whatever remains...at least that's how it was explained to me), that same year they took out my appendix, and a few years later my tonsils. My entire life I've had many medical problems, but doctor's just keep sending me for more exams and more experts, and yet they have no clue.

Now I am going to list the current issues I've been having for the last couple of months:
-Random blackouts (start feeling suffocated, lose strength, can't stand, and then won't remember anything that happened or how long I was out of it, people who've seen me blackout say I turn ridiculously pale and my lips turn blue, my eyes roll)

-Severe and random leg cramps (this will happen at any random point and it'll choose a leg, it is usually my right leg, it's like if the nerves were cramped up together, and my bone seems like if it's sticking out, and my toes curl, if I stretch out my leg it gets worse, usually trying to walk on it makes it a little better, but it's extremely painful)

-Nausea (get severe nausea, doesn't matter if I ate or not, I get this empty burning sensation in the pit of my stomach, sometimes my mouth tastes like if it is filled with blood, but when I try to spit, nothing red comes up)

-Increased heartbeat (I will be perfectly fine, and all of the sudden my heartbeat increases, it feels like if my blood is rushing and bubbling all over my body and I can't control anything, I can't focus on anything, and it will come and go when it pleases)

-Liquid moving in brain? My neurologist laughed when I mentioned this, but I am serious, there are times that I feel liquid moving up there, and if I turn my head one way the liquid moves with me.

-Constant pain in my lower back, usually on my right side, but both sides hurt at some point. It's like this dull pain, sometimes feels crampy.

-Random pain in my abdomen, usually right under my ribs, sometimes it gets a little lower, this is on my right side. Sometimes I get random stabs, like severe stabs that make me feel like if someone dug a knife in me, the majority of the time is this dull pain, and it feels like if it's deep inside, like if something were chewing my insides.

-Uncontrollable shaking in my hands, usually my right hand. I'll lose the ability to grab something, my wrist feels like if it locks and then my hand won't stop trembling. This has been going on and off for a few years, and I feel like if I've lost strength in my hands, I can grab things, but before I was able to open bottles, and now I have difficulty doing something as simple as that.

-Irregular Bowel Movements (now this has been going on my entire life since I can remember, sometimes I will spend weeks without a bowel movement, and sometimes I can't get away from a restroom, sometimes I will have extreme pain, sometimes I will be fine)

-Have never been able to gain weight. My doctors see me like some miracle, I can't gain weight, I consume more calories than most people, both healthy and not so healthy foods, I don't exercise, except for regular daily walking to my job or class, and yet I can't gain weight, and I lose a lot of weight from a simple flu, and it's not like if I sweat a lot, or use the bathroom often.

-Recently had a UTI for the first time in my life, but doctors were not able to find it on time, it wouldn't show in the urine, and then next thing you know they call me and ask me if I'm having severe back pain, and I was at work, with a high fever (during July), and excruciating back pain, and what do you know, by then it was a kidney infection.

I don't drink, I don't smoke. I've had pneumonia many times in my past. I suffer from migraines but last year I had severe migraines almost every week, and now I don't get them that often.

These are the exams I've gotten done and there results:
MRI w/wo contrast:
I have lesions in my brain, but they have not grown for over a year, the neuro first thought it could be epilepsy, then beginning stages of Multiple Sclerosis, then she thought maybe they were created by the severe migraines I used to get

EEG:
This was to test me for Epilepsy, they said I came out fine, I agree, I doubt I have epilepsy.

EKG:
Nothing comes out of this

Renal and Pelvic Sonogram/Ultrasound:
Technician doing the exam, said I was fine. Doctor called me today she wants to speak to me about the results. But I got this exam done months before, so I don't understand.

Biopsy of my cervix:
My first pap smear came out with abnormal cells, the second time also came out with abnormal cells, I tend to get random sharp pains in lower left abdomen, so doctor decided to do a biopsy, he said I was fine, to go back in a few months to check again.

Rectal Exam (NOT PLEASANT)
Comes out clean

Blood Work:
So far so good.

I used to freak out when some of these things happen, but at this rate, I just wait until they pass. Because going to the ER means waiting for hours to be attended, then since these things happen randomly and last how long they feel like it, by the time the doctors see me, they're already gone! And usually nothing comes up in the basic exams, and all the specialists say are, well that's not right something has to be wrong, and sometimes they give you this look like if they don't believe it because nothing is showing what's going on. And I understand them, because if the exams come out clean, than why the hell do I get these symptoms? At some point I was trying to convince myself that it was all in my head, but when you can barely stand from some random sharp pain on your side, you start realizing that it's not in your head, it's something somewhere in your body that just won't let itself be detected.

If anyone has ever gotten these symptoms and have been able to find a solution, please let me know. Or maybe some guardian angel disguised as a doctor knows the solution to my problems, or maybe any exams that I can tell my doctors to try.

Have you been tested for Selective IGA Deficiency? Celiac Disease?

The blackouts - have you had a tilt table test for Dysautonomia? (orthostatic hypotension) http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/autonomicnervoussystemdisorders.html

I mention these because some of the symptoms fit and these are the types of illnesses that doctors tend to overlook. Hope this helps even a little, that's one mean list of symptoms you've got there. If you haven't already, go to the biggest teaching hospital you can afford to get to and get an internal medicine evaluation.
