Get new car head unit or new amp?

I need power to run my MB quart Q series (rear and front) speaker (subwoofer is self powered). Should I buy new head unit (65wx4), or I should get new amp (300w rms) with old head unit? The head unit has lot of feature compare to my old one (bluetooth, touchscreen, etc). Any help in choosing would be much appreciate it.
