get my runescape fishing lvl up fast?

hello i was wondering wats the fastest lvl for a mem to get his fishing lvl up on runescape
 
THE UBER fastest way to do that is to go outside and scream to the world "I QUIT RUNESCAPE" after doing that you will realize that fishing in runescape is not that important and will get you nowhere in life. SO you can go buy a REAL RPG and make use of your time better.
 
The fastest WAY is too fish on the highest type of fish you can. It brings exp up.
