Get a new phone or wait for windows mobile 7?

I'm in a bit of a pickle, i'm not sure whether to get a HTC HD2 with windows mobile 6.5 with HTC sense UI on top or wait a bit for windows phone seven. I love the HTC sense UI and I heard that microsoft will not let manufacturers customise windows phone 7 for their devices so i guess that means no HTC sense!! Really not sure what to do!!
