Get 6682 or wait for N70/80

Right now through Cingular I am eligible for an upgraded phone. I can get a Nokia 6682 for $299(which isnt the best deal) with a 2-year extended contract. Right now I am using a Nokia 6620 and love the mod-ability of the S60 os. But for a bit more I could get a 6682 through eBay without the 2-year contract.

But, the n70/n80 should be coming out through Cingular soon as well. Am I just better off waiting? Anyone know the release date for either phone.

Is there any other phone out there that would be more suitable for me? I dont care about cosmetics persay, more of a function oriented user. Thanks in advance
 
I dont know where you get that info??cingular will pick up the n70 (no 850) or n80, BTW N70 has been in the market for a while now, n80 is rumored to be out by april '06 and picked up by vodaphone,..
 
I just assumed that Cingular would carry the n70. You cant get the n70 through Nokia yet can you?

I have a 1gb TopRam MMC card, the 6682 uses a different memory card correct? You said you got $280 for your 6620 + 1gb card? Thats pretty good, I might have to sell mine so I can upgrade.
