GERD Pillow/Wedge

I see on Amazon they have 2 really popular ones. One them is alot more expensive than the other. 1 of them is 7 inches high, and the other is 12 inches high. Which one would probably be better for GERD?

Do any of you use them?
 
I can't speak on the wedge thing, but 6 inches works for me in raising the headboard on my bed.

Just make sure the wedge comes all the way down your torso. Anything less and you will be scrunching your stomach and making things worse.
 
My thinking would be the seven inch one. However, I had one and stopped using it, just couldn't get comfortable. I now just stack three pillows, place another pillow in front of them to support my back, and it is much more comfortable. It has helped my GERD.
