GERD and yawning

Is excessive yawning a symptom of GERD. For some a reason I seem to be yawning a lot. Could these two be related to each other at all?
 
I get that with mine but I can't speak for anyone else. I just know I feel like I can't get a full breath in and have some yawning.
 
I get this too. Is this actually a symptom of Acid Reflux? And how do we take car eof this, so that we are able to get a full breath in. Because I've been to a Pulmonologist and she said there was nothing wrong with my lungs.
 
I think it may have to do with reducing the mucus thing. When I have alot of mucus then I have trouble getting a full breath in and I yawn alot. I still have that going on.
 
What is hard for me is brushing my teeth - I get a gag reaction - plus when I yawn.
