Brief Summary of my Situation: Been with a guy 6 1/2 years. Never Married. Our son will be 5 next month. He left me for my best friend (they've been seeing each other for 7 months). I do NOT want to keep my son away from his father, however; i do NOT want him around her at all. He is very lucky that I allow my son to go over there because legally I don't have to do anything right now. I love my son too much to make him stay away from his Daddy.
I need some information on the Georgia Wholesome Environment Act. I heard that by that law, She wouldn't be able to stay the night with my son in the house and could only be around my son when his father was. I've been looking online and can't seem to find any information. Any help/advice/anything would be appreciated!! thanks guys
I didn't come here to be criticized. Me and my boyfriend were together a year & a half before we had a child. he wouldnt ever marry me as much as i always ASKED him to. I dont want the type of woman who can say she loves my child, yet do this to his family. You people aren't understanding. i know it exists b/c my aunt just went through it. I wanted to see ALL The information i could find about it. it was a VERY wholesome environment. we lived together as if we were married. morons.
and BC we were never married.. i have full custody- i do NOT have to let him over there for one second right now. I'm trying to do whats best for my child and you people are calling me names.. youre just as bad as they are.
as long as i'm on a roll here: i do not plan to have another man around my child for a very long time! this was a complete shock to me. it's not like i went out and picked a sorry baby daddy and untrustworthy friend.. they were both two faced. theyd always both been good to me until this happened.
