I don't think you'll see anyone argue against that. But the % of whites on government vs blacks on it is a joke. Guaranteed that more than half of the AA community is on food stamps.
 
funny how the same people who take advantage of federally subsidized student loans, federally subsidized mortgages, etc. are quick to blame these people for taking advantage of a different federally subsidized program.
