With the exceptions of #7, and 25, all are correct. #7 you can't really blame him for specifically, that falls on the heads of the military leaders of the initial special ops missions by refusing to send in the additional troops that the cia and spec ops teams were requesting. and #25... well so did his dad, and Clinton.
