Geometry help? Question: "Triangles ABC and DEF are similiar figures. Find the length of AB and EF"?

My teacher gave me a bunch of problems like this, Could anyone tell me the answers and maybe how to do them?

What I got was AB = 28 & EF = 4
pls help so i can do the rest
