Genetic engineering debate!!!!!!!?

have to do a Genetic engineering debate. I am on the pro side. I have 2 topics I have to explain. the first is How would Genetic engineering decrease the levels of crime and violence. The second How would there be discrimination if we had genetic engineering. Please explain.
 
1) Genetic engineering could be use to eliminate human aggressiveness, doing so would mean stagnation and the death of the species. Bad idea.
Most crime is created by subjective social misconceptions, if your society is based on lies, faults information and hypocrisy people are going to rebel. Voluntary stupidity and parasitic behavior cannot be fix by genetic manipulation.

2) If there is a way to make make your self feel better by putting others down a human will use it. We are a petty mean spirited species I doubt genetic manipulation can change that

I personally am in favor of genetic manipulation there are way to many stupid people on this planet. Raising the intelligences level and health levels would be a good thing.
