have to do a Genetic engineering debate. I am on the pro side. I have 2 topics I have to explain. the first is How would Genetic engineering decrease the levels of crime and violence. The second How would there be discrimination if we had genetic engineering. Please explain your answer!!

It wouldn't. The best method of genetic engineering there would be eugenics -- sterilize all the d--ned felons. Nope, no "civil rights activists" would allow that, because it would be genocide against the racial group that, disproportionately, comprises the prison population.
