I move a lot...I have to, I stay home with my 4 year old and 19 month old. But my 19 month old was over 10 lbs at birth...and I still have no core strength since being pregnant with him. I also don't have nearly the aerobic endurance I used to since before having kids. If I spend 4-5 days a week at the gym doing cardio and core strengthening...how long should it generally take for me to notice good results?
