DO NOT FORGET TO ASK (IF THE CAR HAS MORE THAN 60,000 MILES ON IT) IF HE HAS CHANGED THE SERPENTING BELT THAT CONTROLS THE POWER STEERING AND MOST DEFINITELY THE TIMING BELT INSIDE THE ENGINE!!! The timing belts have to be changed in every vehicle every 60,000 miles or 50,000 miles depending on the make and model or they will break or you will have to buy a new engine. In the US consumer reports have stated that a vast majority of used cars sold never had timing belts changed and have broken on the expressway in used cars.
